UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) – GEOINT / Map-Based Intelligence
Remote in Germany

We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) with a strong focus on map-based UX, geospatial interfaces, and data-intensive product environments.

This is an opportunity to shape next-generation intelligence and analysis products used in highly demanding contexts — where clarity, usability, and smart interaction design matter just as much as visual quality.

What you’ll be working on

• Designing map-based frontends for complex analysis and intelligence workflows

• Creating UX/UI concepts for large-scale data in geographic contexts

• Visualizing data points across maps, regions, cities, and spatial relationships

• Designing user flows for search, analysis, enrichment, and reporting

• Building clear and scalable interaction patterns for geo-, table-, and graph-heavy interfaces

• Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams in fast prototyping cycles

• Delivering adoption-ready handoffs, including specifications, edge cases, and component logic

• Contributing to products deployed in SaaS, on-prem, and air-gapped environments

What we’re looking for

• Several years of experience in UI/UX design for complex B2B or enterprise software products

• Strong hands-on experience with Figma and documented design systems

• Proven experience with map-based products, geo interfaces, or geospatial UX

• A strong eye for structuring and visualizing data-heavy analytical interfaces

• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and performance in complex digital products

• Enjoyment in working closely with engineers and turning ambiguity into clear UX solutions

• Based in Germany

Especially relevant if you bring experience in

• Google-Maps-like interfaces

• Geospatial UX

• OSINT / GEOINT / data intelligence products

• Graph-, geo-, or table-heavy applications

• Government, defense, public safety, or other security-adjacent product environments

• Palantir-like platforms, enterprise data environments, or AI-enabled analysis products
