Senior UI/UX Designer (Remote, Germany)

Full-time or Freelance | Remote within Germany | Fluent English required | German a plus
Salary: up to €130,000 (depending on experience)

ZABEL is seeking a highly experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who can translate complex data and workflows into clear, intuitive, and scalable interfaces.

We build advanced B2B SaaS and Data Intelligence products, often involving large datasets, intricate business logic, and detail-heavy dashboards.
Experience in environments similar to Palantir, AIP (Artificial Intelligence Platforms), or large-scale data platforms is strongly preferred.

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end product design: research, UX flows, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and usability testing

• Build and maintain a scalable, modern design system

• Translate large datasets and complex workflows into clean, highly usable interfaces

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver precise, high-quality results

• Drive UX strategy and contribute to product direction

• Create data-dense interfaces that remain visually clear and easy to navigate

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS products (BI, FinTech, SCM, Data Platforms, Analytics, etc.)

• Proven experience working with very large datasets, dashboards, or data-heavy UI environments

• Background with Palantir-like platforms, Artificial Intelligence Platforms, or enterprise-grade data products is a significant advantage

• A portfolio demonstrating excellence in precision, complexity handling, and UI craftsmanship

• Advanced skills in Figma (Adobe XD or Sketch optional)

• Experience with tools such as Miro and Jira

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Fluent English; German is a plus

• A structured, analytical, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for designing systems at scale
